Published: 05:50, 4 May 2026 | Updated: 05:52, 4 May 2026 Fears have heightened as police continue to search for a missing Northern Kentucky University student. Murry 'Alexis' Foust, 22, was last seen on April 27 in the Latonia neighborhood of Covington, according to the Covington Police Department. 'Concerns for their safety have arisen and your input could be crucial,' the department wrote in a social media post. Officials confirmed to WCPO that 'at this time, there is no indication of foul play,' in connection with the 22-year-old’s disappearance.  Photos of Foust were released by the department, showing the most recent surveillance footage of the student on April 27 at 6pm.  One image showed the 22-year-old walking away from the camera, wearing a dark-colored jacket, wide-leg patterned pants, black sneakers, and a mustard yellow backpack. The other surveillance photos showed close ups of the student's face as they walked in the Latonia area. Foust’s family has spoken out since their disappearance, with the student’s father telling WCPO that there have been unconfirmed reported sightings of the 22-year-old. However, the father added that no one has heard from Foust as the search continues. They could be in danger,' fellow schoolmate Eve Miller told WCPO.  The friends added that Foust’s phone was found at their home, and their backpack was later discovered on campus, per the outlet.  Despite growing concerns, Miller remains hopeful in the search for Foust. Fliers have been posted around campus urging anyone with information to contact Covington police.  'The people I'm connected with who are involved in the search are like hopeful,' Miller told the outlet.  'They think that they can be found, something can be found that can lead to an answer and a safe resolution.'
