Prestige didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment. There haven’t been reports of injuries from using the eye drops. The eye drops are sold over the counter nationwide at major retailers, including CVS and Walmart. The 39,060 recalled products were labeled Lot 2552A, with a recall number of D-0766-2026 and expiration date of Sept. 30, 2027. The recall began July 29 and is ongoing.The FDA notice listed the recall as Class II, meaning there may be temporary or medically reversible health problems.
