Emma Willis stunned The One Show presenters this evening when she revealed she has been practising dance routines ahead of the new series of Strictly Come Dancing.
Appearing on the BBC programme on Thursday alongside husband Matt, the incoming Strictly host hinted that audiences can expect to see her showing off her own moves during the launch show.
The episode is due to be recorded on Wednesday, September 9, before being broadcast on Saturday, September 19.
Both Amfo and Kemp were visibly gobsmacked by the unexpected disclosure, with Ms Willis bursting into laughter at their reactions.

"Look at your faces! That's all I can say. Wait for the launch show. It's gonna be fun," she said.
The BBC's flagship dance competition is undergoing a significant shake-up this year following the exits of long-standing hosts Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman.
Ms Willis, best known for fronting The Voice UK, has been confirmed as the new lead presenter, joined by comedian Josh Widdicombe and professional dancer Johannes Radebe.
When Roman Kemp asked how she was getting on with her "brand-new TV husbands," Ms Willis responded: "Do you know what, great. For the last week, we've been spending loads of time together."

Beyond the main show, there have been further changes to the Strictly family.
Former contestant Ellie Taylor has been announced as the new presenter of spin-off programme It Takes Two.
"I'm absolutely over the moon," Ms Taylor told Willis during a live BBC Radio 2 appearance. "I feel giddy!"
Ms Willis went on to describe feeling deeply privileged to be involved in the programme.
