Officers from Police Scotland were called to Durar Drive and Ardshiel Avenue in Clermiston following reports of an incident.
Emergency services attended the scene at around 8am this morning.

A spokesman from Police Scotland told GB News: "Around 8am on Thursday, 25 June, 2026, we were called to a report of a serious assault on Ardshiel Avenue in Edinburgh.
“Emergency services attended and a 42-year-old man was taken to hospital for treatment.
“Three men, aged 32, 34 and 60, have been arrested in connection with the incident and enquiries are ongoing.”
