The Food Standards Agency (FSA) issued an alert on Sunday, April 5, 2026, announcing that The Curing Barn was recalling its British Bresaola.‌British Bresaola is a premium, air-dried beef charcuterie. It typically uses grass-fed British beef topside or silverside, cured with herbs, spices and sometimes wine before being air-dried for between three and four months.‌The specific product affected is The Curing Barn British Bresaola with a product code of WLRC J1Z2 0WD0 J85J.
