The pair accepted an offer on their property before a 'For Sale' sign could be put up.‌Brenda and Craig Salvin, from Sheffield, put their three-bedroom semi-detached house on the market in January and within hours of it appearing online, a viewing was arranged. That initial viewer submitted an offer of £7,000 above the asking price — and the transaction was sealed before the property had even featured on Purplebricks.‌"We could hardly believe it," said Craig, 58. "We'd accepted the offer 24 hours before they came out to put up the For Sale sign.
