China: US-Israeli attack on school crossed the line of human morality
المصدر: CGTN EN | Source: CGTN ENChina condemned the U.S.-Israeli attack on a primary school in Iran during a U.N. Human Rights Council meeting on Friday, March 27. Iran called for the emergency debate in Geneva to discuss the attack on the Shajareh Tayyebeh School that killed more than 175 children and teachers earlier this month. The U.S. military and Israel have not yet concluded their separate investigations into the attack, but U.S. President Donald Trump made evasive statements about it. During the meeting, China's Ambassador to the UN Jia Guide said the attack "has crossed the line of human morality and conscience, is the greatest violation of human rights, and a blatant disregard for international humanitarian law." He added that the U.S. and Israel have triggered an escalation of the conflict in the Middle East and compelled them to respect all the territorial integrity of all countries.
