gençlerin evlilik süreçlerini kolaylaştırmak, aile yapısını güçlendirmek ve toplumsal dayanışmayı artırmak amacıyla çeşitli destek programları yürütüyor. Vakıf bünyesinde genç çiftlere yönelik faizsiz nakit destekleri, çeyiz yardımları, evlilik öncesi aile okulu ve aile danışmanlığı hizmetleri sunulurken, maddi desteklerin yanı sıra rehberlik çalışmalarının da gençlerin daha sağlıklı ve sürdürülebilir aile yapıları kurmasına katkı sağlaması amaçlanıyor. Çeyiz Vakfı Başkanı Mahmut Karasakız, AA muhabirine, 3 yıl önce yaptıkları saha çalışmalarında özellikle gençlerin evlenmeme nedenlerini araştırdıklarını ve 2025 yılında vakfı kurduklarını belirtti. Karz-ı hasen desteği, genç çiftlere çeyiz desteği ve aile danışmanlığı hizmetleri gibi 3 ana başlık altında faaliyet yürüttüklerini belirten Karasakız, şunları söyledi: "Gençlerin evlenmek istememe nedenlerinden biri de çeyiz imkanı bulamamaları, maddi sıkıntılar. Biz evlenecek gençlerimize çeyiz ve hibe yardımı yaparak bu konuda destek olmaya çalışıyoruz. Geliri olup ama birikimi olmayan gençlerimiz var. Yani bundan dolayı evliliği sürekli erteliyorlar. Biz de karz-ı hasen desteğini gençlerimizin hizmetine sunmaya çalıştık. Karz-ı hasen güzel borç verme biliyorsunuz. Bu Karz-ı hasenle de gençler faize bulaşmadan, çok ağır bir borcun altına girmeden düğünlerini yapabilecekler." Karasakız, vakfın desteklerinden yararlanmak isteyenlerin 18-35 yaş aralığında, ilk evliliklerini yapmaları ve resmi nikah tarihinden en fazla 3 ay öncesinde başvurmaları gerektiğini belirtti. Aile rehberlik ve danışmanlık hizmeti almak isteyenler için herhangi bir yaş sınırlaması bulunmadığını aktaran Karasakız, talep eden tüm çiftlerin bu hizmetten faydalanabileceğini kaydetti. Karasakız, kadınlara yönelik gelinlik ve kına geceleri için kıyafet desteğinden bahsederek, "Evlenecek çiftler, gelinlik veya kınalık konusunda bizim showroomumuz var, geliyorlar burada bir mağaza konseptinde, beğeniyorlar, giyiyorlar, deniyorlar. Düğünden bir hafta önce alıp, düğünden bir hafta sonra da kuru temizlemesini yapmış bir şekilde iade ediyorlar. Gençlerin, damatların üzerinden yaklaşık 50-100 bin lira civarındaki bir yükü almış oluyoruz." diye konuştu. Çeyiz yardımını hibe şeklinde olduğu için sadece ihtiyaç sahibi kişilere verdiklerini vurgulayan Karasakız, bu yardımın bağışçıların yaptığı tekstil ürünleri, beyaz eşya, mutfak ve ev aletleri gibi temel ürünlerden oluştuğunu söyledi. Karz-ı hasen desteği ile evlenecek çiftlere faizsiz şekilde, 12 ay taksitle 350 bin lira para desteğinde bulunduklarını ifade eden Karasakız, başvuran kişilerin komisyon tarafından incelendikten sonra ödenecek taksit miktarlarının belirlendiği süreci anlattı. Karasakız, "Gençlerimizin evlenmeyi geciktirme sebeplerinden en önemlisi nakdi sıkışıklık. Biz de tam düğün arifesinde bir can suyu olmak istiyoruz. Bunun için bağışçılarımızdan özellikle karz-ı hasen kısmına bağış yapmalarını çok kıymetli buluyoruz." dedi. Vakfın kuruluşunun birinci yılı dolmadan kısa sürede 80 çifte çeyiz yardımı, 70 kişiye ise karz-ı hasen desteğinde bulunduklarını belirten Karasakız, Pakistan'da İnsan Hak ve Hürriyetleri (İHH) İnsani Yardım Vakfının yetimhanesinde büyüyen 41 çiftin düğün masraflarına maddi destek verdiklerini, Gazze'de ise 50 çiftin düğünleri yapmak için hazırlıklarının sürdüğünü belirtti. Karasakız, sadece yurt içinde değil, yurt dışında gönül coğrafyalarındaki gençlerin evliliklerine de destek olmaya çalıştıklarını belirterek, bağışçılardan, gençlerin evlilik süreçlerinde onların yanında olmaları için destek beklediklerini dile getirdi. Çeyiz Vakfı Başkan Yardımcısı Hatice Karasakız ise gençlerin bir şekilde aile kurabildiklerini belirterek, şunları kaydetti: "Fakat aile kuran gençlerin aile kalmalarına da bizim destek olmamız gerekiyor diye düşündüğümüz için Aile Danışmanlık ve Rehberlik bölümümüz aktif halde destek veriyor gençlerimize. Aile ve Sosyal Hizmetler Bakanlığımızla protokolümüzü tamamladık. Bakanlık ve gönüllü psikologlarımızla birlikte gençlerimizin zorlandığı, 'benlerden bize' geçerken, aile kurup yuva bilincini oluştururken Çeyiz Vakfı gençlerimizin yanında olmaya devam edecek." Danışmanlık ihtiyacı olan tüm çiftlerin, kriter gözetmeksizin web sitelerinden başvuru yapabileceklerinin altını çizen Karasakız, incelenen başvuruların vakaya göre uygun bölümdeki psikologlara yönlendirildiğini kaydetti. Hatice Karasakız, vakfın merkezinde aile olduğunu vurgulayarak, "Aile kurmasına destek olduğumuz gençlerin aile kalması için Çeyiz Vakfı her zaman yanında. Aile ve Sosyal Hizmetler Bakanlığı ile birlikte koordineli bir şekilde yaptığımız çalışmada, bir ailenin güvenli temeller üzerine oturması ve güvenli bir istikamet üzerinde ilerlemesini önemli buluyoruz. Çünkü biz biliyoruz ki aile güçlüyse toplum güvenli olacak, devlet çok daha güçlü olacaktır." ifadelerini kullandı.
