The second pedestrian was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries. "Police have arrested a man who will be interviewed by police," Victoria Police said.‌A witness named Tom told Nine News he was leaving the festival with his wife and daughter when a silver Toyota sped past them. He said it then stalled and he managed to get hold of the driver.
