رغم تصاعد المواجهة العسكرية وتعرّض إيران لضربات جوية مكثفة، فإن ثبات موقفها التفاوضي بل وظهوره بمظهر القوة يمكن فهمه إلا من خلال قراءة مجموعة من المعطيات الراهنة التي تتجاوز العامل العسكري المباشر.

ـ أولًا: أثبتت التجربة أن الضربات الجوية، مهما بلغت شدتها، لا تُترجم تلقائيًا إلى حسم سياسي. فإيران، بحكم طبيعة نظامها وبنيتها الأمنية، قادرة على امتصاص الصدمات الأولية وإعادة ترتيب قدراتها بسرعة نسبية. هذا “التحمل البنيوي” يمنحها هامشًا للاستمرار دون الاضطرار لتقديم تنازلات فورية تحت الضغط العسكري.
