BOSTON — During a battle drill on Monday at Warrior Ice Arena, Sean Kuraly jostled Andrew Peeke hard enough to knock off the defenseman’s helmet. Peeke didn’t like it. After they completed the drill, Peeke approached Kuraly and delivered a shot to his chest.Later in practice, Henri Jokiharju slipped Mark Kastelic’s coverage during a two-on-two drill to score a goal.
