A 12-year-old British schoolgirl is missing in Japan, causing a search operation.
Carmelita Lakdesha Paul, her parents and older brother arrived for a family holiday in Japan on July 21.
The morning of August 13 she was not inside their Tokyo apartment.
Police received a missing person report at 9.30am that morning.
She was last seen on August 12.
There was nothing suspicious about her behaviour the last time her father spoke to her, he said.
CCTV footage captured the 12-year-old, dressed in a blue sleeveless top, black and white skirt, black shoes and pink handbag, walking in the Nichome section of Kamata.
She then boarded a train at Kamata station and travelled 20 minutes south to Yokohama Station.
But authorities have not been able to trace her movements any further.
Her phone was also left in their private rental, leaving the family no way to contact her.
Carmelita is described by authorities as being five feet three inches and a medium build with curly black hair.
She did not take her passport with her and is believed to only have a few thousand yen - equivalent to £70.

Authorities are now urging anyone with information that could help find the schoolgirl to contact Tokyo Metropolitan Police's Kamata Station.
An FCDO spokesman told The Daily Mail: "We are supporting the family of a British child who has been reported missing in Japan and are in contact with the local authorities."
Japan has been swept by a wave of severe rainstorms, heightening the need for proper shelter.
At least eight people have died after "unprecedented" rainfall caused flooding and travel chaos.
Nearly 7,000 people were left stranded at Tokyo's Narita airport and evacuation orders were issued for more than 400,000 people.
Japan's Meteorological Agency issued the highest level-5 warning for heavy rain and landslides for the Chiba prefecture for the first time.
Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi said authorities would work to "protect the lives and livelihoods of the people" after the rain.
"I offer my deepest condolences to those who have passed away, and on behalf of all, I humbly extend my sympathies to their bereaved families," she said.
