Britain reaffirms support for Syria on 15th anniversary of Syrian revolution

London, March 15 (SANA) Britain’s Special Envoy to Syria, Ann Snow, reaffirmed the United Kingdom’s support for Syria and its people ahead of the 15th anniversary of the Syrian revolution.

In a post on X on Sunday, Snow reflected on the past 15 years, highlighting progress made since the day of liberation and affirming that the UK would continue to stand by Syria.

She said Britain would work with partners to support a stable, secure and prosperous future for all Syrians.

Syrians will mark the 15th anniversary of the revolution on March 18, commemorating the uprising against the deposed regime and calls for freedom, reform and an end to decades of oppression. These goals were achieved on December 8, 2024, the day of liberation.
