Ethan had been holidaying on the Greek island with his girlfriend Olivia Allsopp, 20, when the incident happened.‌The couple had been due back in the UK, but Ethan was taken to an ICU on the island of Crete with Olivia travelling to be by his side. While the exact circumstances around the incident remain unknown, Olivia shared an update about her boyfriend's condition in hospital.
