A woman in her 30s has been arrested on suspicion of child neglect following the incident which took place in Sutton at around 5.20pm on Sunday. She has since been bailed to return at a later date. The child was rushed to hospital after the fall but later died.  Police and paramedics, including from London's Air Ambulance, were called to the scene.  Enquiries into the circumstances of the incident are ongoing.  A Metropolitan Police spokesperson said: 'Police were called at 17:18hrs on Sunday, 24 May to reports a child had fallen from height from a home address in Sutton.
