تتجه الجزائر نحو تعزيز حضورها في السوق الإفريقية للأدوية، من خلال العمل على تصدير منتجات صيدلانية محلية إلى جمهورية النيجر، في خطوة تعكس تحولاً تدريجياً في دورها من مستورد إلى فاعل إقليمي في مجال الصناعات الدوائية، خاصة في ظل تنامي القدرات الإنتاجية الوطنية.

وجاء هذا التوجه خلال لقاء ثنائي جمع وزير الصناعة الصيدلانية، الدكتور وسيم قويدري، بنظيره وزير الصحة في النيجر، غربا حكيمي، على هامش أشغال الدورة الثانية للجنة المشتركة الكبرى الجزائرية–النيجرية، حيث تم الاتفاق على تعزيز التعاون في مجال توفير الأدوية الأساسية بما يتماشى مع احتياجات السوق النيجرية.

وفي هذا الإطار، يعمل الطرفان على استكمال صياغة مذكرة تفاهم بين الوكالة الوطنية للمواد الصيدلانية بالجزائر ونظيرتها في النيجر، تتضمن تحديد قائمة الأدوية المطلوبة ودراسة إمكانية تغطيتها من خلال الإنتاج الجزائري، بما يسمح بفتح قنوات تصدير مباشرة نحو هذا السوق الإفريقي الواعد.

ويستند هذا التوجه إلى تطور ملحوظ في الصناعة الصيدلانية الجزائرية، حيث أصبحت الطاقات الإنتاجية المحلية تمثل نحو ثلث إنتاج الأدوية على مستوى القارة الإفريقية، ما يمنح الجزائر قدرة تنافسية متقدمة تؤهلها لتوسيع حضورها خارجياً وتلبية الطلب المتزايد في الدول الإفريقية.

كما يعكس هذا المسار رؤية أوسع لتعزيز التعاون جنوب–جنوب، من خلال دعم الأمن الصحي في القارة الإفريقية وتقليص الاعتماد على الأسواق الخارجية، عبر بناء شراكات قائمة على تبادل الخبرات وتوفير منتجات صيدلانية بأسعار تنافسية.

ومن شأن هذه الخطوة أن تفتح آفاقاً جديدة للصناعة الصيدلانية الجزائرية، سواء من حيث تنويع الأسواق أو رفع حجم الصادرات، في وقت تسعى فيه الجزائر إلى ترسيخ مكانتها كمركز إقليمي في إنتاج وتوزيع الأدوية داخل القارة الإفريقية.
