Emergency services were called to a home in Two Rocks, north of Perth, last Thursday morning, where they found the 11-month-old baby in a critical condition. The infant was taken to Perth Children's Hospital, where the baby remains in hospital. The man was charged with the serious offence on Friday, appeared in court the same day and was remanded in custody.
