By CANDACE SUTTON, SENIOR NEWS REPORTER, AUSTRALIA Published: 04:21, 25 May 2026 | Updated: 04:21, 25 May 2026 One of Australia's most prolific shoplifters, who stole thousands of dollars in designer goods from stores including Celine, Hugo Boss and Prada, is set to be sentenced.  Former personal shopper Connee Louise Mansour, 36, is already a career criminal - with a court history going back 20 years. Most recently, she allegedly went on a $32,000 crime spree targeting designer lingerie and fashion goods from Gucci, David Jones and other high-end stores.  She is facing a potential prison sentence on three other raids in which she could be seen swiping $3,300 in designer wear from Celine in the Sydney CBD before taking the lift up to Hugo Boss, where she rifled through handbags. Days later she stole a black Prada wallet at Bondi Junction in under two minutes. Less than an hour later she broke into a nearby high-rise building to ransack residents' parcels in the mail room, according to court documents. Police facts seen by the Daily Mail state that Mansour has 'accumulated 85 charges since 2006' in NSW for alleged shoplifting and drug offences.  Mansour's court history records she has been listed to appear in local courts from Balmain to Burwood, Penrith to Sydney's Downing Centre in the CBD. Her latest crime spree, between August and September 2025, saw her target at least ten luxury businesses across Sydney’s CBD, Surry Hills and Glebe, according to court documents. Connee Louise Mansour, 36, has pleaded guilty to shoplifting thousands in designer goods after a spree in which she was caught on camera in Celine, Hugo Boss and Prada Mansour was arrested in February after she allegedly took $1,200 worth of lingerie from the Honey Birdette store in Sydney's QVB The former personal shopper, who police say has been offending since 2006, pleaded guilty to stealing a black leather Prada wallet worth $1,270 in just two minutes from their Bondi Junction store (above) Among the allegations is that on August 8 last year, between 7pm and 7.20pm, she allegedly stole jewellery worth $11,755 from luxury Australian brand By Charlotte inside the Queen Victoria Building (QVB). Just weeks later, she was accused of stealing two belts, two wallets and a handbag valued at $4,455 from David Jones in the CBD. On August 17, she allegedly took $1,200 worth of lingerie from Honey Birdette at the QVB. Police also allege she broke into a Dermalogica clinic at the QVB on the afternoon of September 22 where multiple skincare items were stolen.  Other items allegedly taken include a $3,000 knitted Gucci top, $1,614 worth of clothing from Chinese designer Goelia, a $205 Armani perfume from David Jones and $4,000 worth of cosmetics from Sephora in Glebe. In addition to the retail theft, Mansour is accused of stealing two Dell Inspiron laptops and an Acer Nitro AN515 laptop from Wentworth Institute of Higher Education in Surry Hills on September 30. Charged in her absence after police said her 'whereabouts were unknown', she was arrested in February after NSW Police Proactive Crime Team raided a Meadowbank unit in Sydney’s north-west. While in custody, she pleaded guilty to six offences, including three counts of shoplifting, two of larceny and one of entering enclosed land without lawful excuse.  At Celine in Sydney's CBD (above), Mansour stole a Teen Clara Triomphe canvas and calfskin handbag worth $2,850' and a heritage silk twill scarf worth $445 From Celine, Mansour and her accomplice went to the Myer lifts and 'up to level six' where she 'headed towards the Hugo Boss area and began picking up multiple handbags' Mansour has pleaded guilty to stealing this model Celine Teen Clara Triomphe canvas and calfskin handbag worth $2850 and a Celine heritage silk twill scarf worth $445 Police facts say that around 3pm on Sunday, September 21, 2025, she entered Goelia Fashion, a Sydney Pitt Street mall store that does Chanel-style couture. Mansour 'proceeded to the closest clothing rack directly in front of the store entry, selected three dresses valued at a total of $527' then 'proceeded to decamp from the store immediately [making] no attempt to pay for the items', according to the documents. Just over a week later, on September 29, she entered the Celine store inside the Myer complex in Sydney's CBD at 6.49pm with 'an unknown male', according to the documents. Mansour allegedly grabbed a Celine Teen Clara Triomphe canvas and calfskin handbag worth $2,850 and a Celine heritage silk twill scarf worth $445. The pair went to the Myer lifts up to level six where she 'headed towards the Hugo Boss area, and began picking up multiple handbags', the documents said. Mansour's accomplice warned her that security appeared suspicious and she 'dropped all the handbags except the Celine handbag' and the Celine scarf and allegedly exited the store with the two stolen items worth a total of $3,295. On the following day, September 30, 2025, the police facts said Mansour and her co-accused, David Pecere, 35, went to the Prada store on level four of Bondi Junction Westfield at 5.34pm. According to the facts, 'the premises are monitored by high-resolution CCTV. [Mansour] walked straight to the right corner of the store where the wallets are displayed. As a personal shopper, Mansour sold online items such as lingerie, watches and clothing, but police say that she is a repeat offender shoplifter over many years Connie Mansour (left) is under a prisoner order to appear in court for sentencing in June on six charges relating to shoplifting and to ransacking an apartment block's mailroom  'After briefly browsing, she removed a wallet from the shelf, concealed it in her tote bag and exited the store without making payment.' It was a black Saffiano leather wallet worth $1,270 and Mansour was in and out in two minutes, the documents added. Pecere and Mansour then walked out of Westfield and crossed the road to 253 Oxford Street Bondi Junction, a 20-storey apartment building over retail shops and medical practices. The facts say Mansour and Pecere hung around the front as residents came and went, before Mansour followed a woman in and held the door open until Pecere entered at 6.24pm. 'Mansour followed closing the door behind them and both proceeded towards the mail room,' stated the court documents. 'Mansour entered the mail room while Pecere remained in the doorway acting as lookout.  'Mansour handled at least seven packages belonging to residents, systematically examining them and placing them in her bag.' After pleading guilty to six theft-related charges, Mansour is due to appear for sentencing at Burwood Local Court by videolink in June as part of a prisoner order.  Police say Mansour, 36, has 'accumulated 85 charges since 2006' just in NSW for alleged shoplifting and drug offences Police facts say that at Goelia Fashion in Sydney last September, Mansour 'proceeded to the closest clothing rack directly in front of the store entry, selected three dresses valued at a total of $527'and leave without paying In other charges to which no pleas have been entered, she allegedly broke into Western Sydney University’s Rydalmere campus with intent to commit a serious indictable offence.  Court documents allege she opened a closed window of the EI Building and 'entered various rooms in circumstances of aggravation' in the company of a man. Just one day before she was taken into custody, police caught Mansour in Macquarie Park allegedly in possession of prohibited drugs, including 0.3g of cocaine, 0.3g of methylamphetamine and Alprazolam (Xanax).  She was also allegedly fraudulently using a driver’s licence at the time. In other charges, police also allegedly found 3g of prescription opioid buprenorphine and 1g of cocaine at an address where she had been living. No comments have so far been submitted.
