امرأة تقود شبكة للهجرة غير النظامية

تمكنت عناصر الشرطة بولاية أمن أكادير بتنسيق مع مصالح المديرية العامة لمراقبة التراب الوطني، الثلاثاء 24 مارس الجاري، من توقيف ثلاثة أشخاص، من بينهم سيدة وشخصان من ذوي السوابق القضائية، وذلك للاشتباه في ارتباطهم بشبكة إجرامية تنشط في تنظيم الهجرة غير المشروعة والاتجار بالبشر.

وقد جرى توقيف المشتبه فيهم بمدينة أكادير، وهم في حالة تلبس بالتحضير لتنفيذ عملية للهجرة غير المشروعة عبر المسالك البحرية، لفائدة 25 مرشحا للهجرة السرية، من بينهم سبع سيدات وثلاثة قاصرين، تم ضبطهم بأماكن متفرقة بمدينة أكادير وبالمنطقة القروية “سيدي بيبي”.

وأسفرت عملية التفتيش المنجزة في هذه القضية عن العثور بحوزة المشتبه فيهم على مبلغ مالي من متحصلات هذا النشاط الإجرامي، فضلا عن حجز سيارة خفيفة يشتبه في استعمالها في تسهيل ارتكاب هذه الأفعال الإجرامية.

كما أظهرت عملية تنقيط الموقوفين في قاعدة بيانات الأمن الوطني أن اثنين من المرشحين للهجرة غير المشروعة يشكلان موضوع مذكرات بحث على الصعيد الوطني، للاشتباه في تورطهما في قضايا تتعلق بترويج المخدرات والضرب والجرح.

وقد تم إخضاع المشتبه فيهم الراشدين لتدبير الحراسة النظرية، فيما تم الاحتفاظ بالموقوفين القاصرين تحت تدبير المراقبة رهن إشارة البحث القضائي الذي يجري تحت إشراف النيابة العامة المختصة، وذلك للكشف عن جميع ظروف وملابسات هذه القضية، وكذا تحديد كافة ارتباطاتها وامتداداتها المحتملة على الصعيدين الوطني والدولي.
