American goalkeeper Jonathan Klinsmann has suffered a broken neck playing for Italian club Cesena on Saturday.The United States men’s national team hopeful, who is the son of former U.S. manager and Germany great Jurgen Klinsmann, had to be taken off the field on a stretcher in added time of his team’s 2-0 Serie B defeat at Palermo following a collision with an opposition player.Advertisement
