بعد تداول معلومات عن قيام مخابرات الجيش اللبناني بتطويق مبنى في منطقة أنطلياس – ساحة حي الغوارنة، إثر الاشتباه بوجود قيادي إيراني داخله، نفت مصادر بلدية صحة هذه الأنباء، حيث أوضح رئيس بلدية أنطلياس – النقاش جورج أبو جودة في اتصال مع "نداء الوطن" أن المبنى المذكور لا يقع ضمن نطاق البلدية، بل ضمن نطاق بلدية بصاليم – مزهر والمجذوب.

من جهته، أكد رئيس بلدية بصاليم – مزهر والمجذوب جورج سمعان لـ "نداء الوطن" أن الخبر عارٍ من الصحة، نافياً وجود أي طوق أمني نفذته مخابرات الجيش في المنطقة، مشيراً إلى أن عناصر البلدية كانت قد كشفت على المبنى قبل خمسة أيام، وتبيّن أن جميع سكانه لبنانيون.
