أكدت البلخي أن منظمة الصحة العالمية وثقت العشرات من الهجمات على مرافق الرعاية الصحية في لبنان وإيران وإسرائيل منذ بداية الحرب التي تشنها الولايات المتحدة وإسرائيل على إيران، مشيرة إلى أن ما كان يُعتبر سابقاً ملاذاً آمناً بات اليوم تحت القصف.
