أبريل 2026 - 12:50 الرباط: انطلاق أسبوع الاحتفاء بالضيافة لتعزيز تنافسية السياحة المغربية وتثمين الكفاءات A A A A Reset متابعة انطلقت بالرباط، يوم  أمس الأربعاء 22 أبريل، فعاليات النسخة الثالثة من أسبوع الاحتفاء بالضيافة، تحت شعار “الضيافة المغربية من التراث إلى التميز السياحي”، وذلك بكلية العلوم القانونية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية بجامعة محمد الخامس، بحضور وزيرة السياحة والصناعة التقليدية والاقتصاد الاجتماعي والتضامني فاطمة الزهراء عمور، ورئيس الكونفدرالية الوطنية للسياحة حميد بتظاهر، إلى جانب عدد من المهنيين والفاعلين في القطاع ومؤسسات التكوين والطلبة. وشكل هذا اللقاء مناسبة للتأكيد على أن الضيافة المغربية لم تعد مجرد موروث ثقافي، بل أصبحت رافعة استراتيجية لتعزيز تنافسية المغرب ضمن أبرز الوجهات السياحية العالمية، في سياق دينامية متسارعة يعرفها القطاع السياحي الوطني. وأكدت وزيرة السياحة، فاطمة الزهراء عمور، في كلمتها خلال الافتتاح، أن تحقيق هدف استقبال 20 مليون سائح في أفق سنة 2025، إلى جانب إحداث 92 ألف منصب شغل خلال ثلاث سنوات، يعكس قوة الدينامية التي يشهدها القطاع. وشددت على أن الأولوية الحالية تتمثل في الاستثمار في الكفاءات وتثمين المواهب، باعتبارها أساس تطوير الضيافة المغربية وتعزيز جاذبية العرض السياحي الوطني. من جهته، اعتبر رئيس الكونفدرالية الوطنية للسياحة حميد بتظاهر أن الاحتفاء بالضيافة ليس غاية في حد ذاته، بل يشكل فرصة لتعزيز التنسيق بين مختلف الفاعلين والجهات، من أجل إبراز مؤهلات القطاع وتثمين موارده البشرية، وترسيخ نموذج مغربي يقوم على التميز والاستدامة. وأضاف أن الضيافة المغربية جزء أصيل من التراث الثقافي غير المادي، وتستحق مزيدا من الإشعاع والتثمين. وعرف حفل الافتتاح تنظيم نهائي مسابقة “Diyafa Attractivity Challenge”، التي همت مؤسسات التكوين السياحي بالمملكة، حيث تم تقديم مشاريع مبتكرة تروم تطوير الضيافة المغربية في أفق سنة 2035. وشهدت هذه النسخة مشاركة 32 مؤسسة، تم اختيار 22 منها، وتأهل 15 فريقا إلى نصف النهائي، في تطور ملحوظ مقارنة بالنسخة السابقة. وأسفرت المسابقة عن تتويج المعهد العالي الدولي للسياحة بطنجة بالجائزة الأولى، فيما عادت الجائزة الثانية لجامعة شعيب الدكالي، والجائزة الثالثة للجامعة الدولية للدار البيضاء. كما تم خلال الحفل توزيع جوائز مسابقة “#DiyafaPassion” الخاصة بالسرد القصصي عبر منصات التواصل الاجتماعي، والتي عرفت مشاركة أكثر من 100 متنافس من مختلف جهات المملكة، وحققت وصولا يقارب 10 ملايين تفاعل، ما يعكس الاهتمام الواسع الذي تحظى به المبادرة خارج الإطار المهني التقليدي. وتوج في هذه المسابقة كل من شديد بدر الدين من الدار البيضاء بالجائزة الأولى، ورضا المزوري من فاس بالجائزة الثانية، وسلمى كناني العلوي من طنجة بالجائزة الثالثة، ومحمد آيت نمودن من إمليل بالجائزة الرابعة، وزينب برادة العزيزي من مراكش بالجائزة الخامسة، ومحمد فاضل وهابي من الدار البيضاء بالجائزة السادسة. وتتواصل فعاليات أسبوع الاحتفاء بالضيافة إلى غاية 28 أبريل، عبر مختلف جهات المملكة، من خلال برنامج غني يشمل لقاءات حول تجربة الزبون ومهن المستقبل، وورشات تكوينية في مجالات الإيواء وتدبير الغرف، إضافة إلى فعالية “Cuisine of Morocco” بمراكش، وندوات رقمية جهوية تهدف إلى تعميم الاستفادة وتبادل الخبرات على الصعيد الوطني. ويأتي تنظيم هذا الأسبوع في إطار شراكة بين الكونفدرالية الوطنية للسياحة ووزارة السياحة والصناعة التقليدية
