بعث جلالة الملك عبدالله الثاني برقية تعزية إلى أخيه سمو الشيخ تميم بن حمد آل ثاني، أمير دولة قطر، باستشهاد عدد من منتسبي القوات المسلحة القطرية إثر سقوط طائرة مروحية أثناء أداء الواجب.

وأعرب جلالته، باسمه وباسم شعب المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية وحكومتها، عن أصدق مشاعر التعزية والمواساة بهذا المصاب الأليم، سائلا المولى العلي القدير أن يتغمد الشهداء بواسع رحمته ويسكنهم فسيح جناته، ويلهم سمو الشيخ وأسرهم والشعب القطري الشقيق جميل الصبر وحسن العزاء.
