لا تزال مدن أفغانية تعيش قلقا مستمرا بسبب تصعيد الجيش الباكستاني وقصفه لمستشفى الإدمان في كابل، ورغم أن هدنة أقرت بين أفغانستان وباكستان خلال عيد الفطر، فإن مراقبين رأوا أنها هشّة وتواجه تحديات.
