المعارضة تطالب بدورة استثنائية لمجلس النواب

أفادت مصادر برلمانية لجريدة “مدار21” بأن فرق المعارضة داخل مجلس النواب ما تزال تدفع في اتجاه عقد دورة استثنائية للبرلمان، من أجل تسريع مناقشة والمصادقة على عدد من مشاريع القوانين الجاهزة.

وتأتي مساعي المعارضة، وفق المصادر نفسها، تفادياً لتراكم النصوص التشريعية خلال الدورة الربيعية المرتقب انطلاقها في الجمعة الثانية من أبريل.

وأوضحت المصادر ذاتها أن من بين النصوص المعنية مشروع قانون المجلس الوطني للصحافة بعد ترتيب آثار قرار المحكمة الدستورية، إلى جانب مراجعة مدونة الشغل وإصلاح التقاعد، فضلاً عن ملفات اجتماعية واقتصادية مستعجلة.

وأضافت المصادر أن هذا التوجه يهدف أيضاً إلى تخفيف الضغط التشريعي المتوقع، في ظل اقتراب الاستحقاقات الانتخابية المقررة في 23 شتنبر 2026، وما قد تفرضه من تداخل بين الأجندتين السياسية والتشريعية.

ويبقى قرار الدعوة إلى دورة استثنائية رهيناً بتوفر الشروط الدستورية، سواء بطلب من الأغلبية أو المعارضة، أو بمبادرة من الحكومة، ما يجعل الأيام المقبلة حاسمة في تحديد مآل هذا المقترح.
