صادق مجلس الحكومة الخميس 26 مارس 2026 على مشروعي مرسومين يتعلقان بانتخاب أعضاء مجلس النواب، قدمهما وزير الداخلية، ويتعلق الأمر ب:

• مشروع المرسوم رقم 2.26.278 بتغيير المرسوم رقم 2.11.605 الصادر في 21 من ذي القعدة 1432 (19 أكتوبر 2011) المتعلق بتحديد شكل ومضمون ورقة التصويت الفريدة لانتخاب أعضاء مجلس النواب.

يهدف مشروع هذا المرسوم إلى تغيير المرسوم رقم 2.11.605 السالف الذكر، والمتعلق بتحديد شكل ومضمون ورقة التصويت الفريدة لانتخاب أعضاء مجلس النواب، إضافة إلى تدقيق المقتضيات المتعلقة بكيفية ترتيب لوائح الترشيح في ورقة التصويت الفريدة بمناسبة الانتخابات العامة والجزئية لانتخاب أعضاء مجلس النواب.

• مشروع المرسوم رقم 2.26.279 بتغيير وتتميم المرسوم رقم 2.16.668 الصادر في 6 ذي القعدة 1437 (10 غشت 2016) الذي يحدد بموجبه سقف المصاريف الانتخابية للمترشحين بمناسبة الحملات الانتخابية برسم الانتخابات العامة والجزئية لانتخاب أعضاء مجلس النواب؛ 

ويهدف مشروع هذا المرسوم إلى تغيير وتتميم المرسوم رقم 2.16.668 السالف الذكر، الذي يحدد بموجبه سقف المصاريف الانتخابية للمترشحين بمناسبة الحملات الانتخابية برسم الانتخابات العامة والجزئية لانتخاب أعضاء مجلس النواب.

وفي هذا الإطار، ولمواكبة التطور الذي يعرفه حجم المصاريف الانتخابية للمترشحين خلال الحملات الانتخابية برسم الانتخابات العامة والجزئية لانتخاب أعضاء مجلس النواب، فقد تم الرفع من سقف المصاريف الانتخابية للمترشحين والمترشحات برسم الانتخابات المذكورة من 500.000 درهم إلى 600.000 درهم بالنسبة لكل مترشح أو مترشحة.
