طرح الديوان الجزائري المهني للحبوب مناقصة دولية لشراء قمح الطحين، مع تحديد فترات الشحن خلال شهر جوان المقبل، بحسب ما أفاد به متعاملون أوروبيون.

وأوضح المتعاملون وفق ما نقلته رويترز أن المناقصة تتضمن شحنتين من مناطق التوريد الرئيسية، من بينها أوروبا، الأولى من 1 إلى 15 جوان، والثانية من 16 إلى 30 من الشهر ذاته، في حين يُشترط أن يكون الشحن قبل ذلك بشهر في حال كان مصدر القمح من أمريكا الجنوبية أو أستراليا أو الهند.
