أبطل المجلس الدستوري المادة 46 من قانون الموزانة المطعون فيها ورد سائر الأسباب والمطالب الزائدة والمخالفة في جلسة عقدها صباح اليوم موقتا في مقر مجلس شورى الدولة، في حضور جميع الأعضاء وغياب القاضي عمر حمزة لأسباب صحية.
