نقل موقع أكسيوس عن مصادر أن البنتاغون يستعد لتطوير خيارات عسكرية لتوجيه “الضربة القاضية في الحرب مع إيران”، مضيفا أن حيارات البنتاغون قد تشمل استخدام القوات البرية وحملة قصف واسعة النطاق على إيران.

وقال أكسيوس، اليوم الخميس، إن التصعيد العسكري ضد طهران قد يتزايد إذا لم يحرز تقدم بالمحادثات، وإذا بقي مضيق هرمز مغلقا، موضحا أن الجيش الأمريكي أعد خططا لعمليات برية في عمق الأراضي الإيرانية لتأمين اليورانيوم عالي التخصيب.
