Albanian drug dealer, 38, will not be deported 'because his daughter wets the bed'

Shpresim Koka, 38, told the court the girl needed 'therapeutic intervention' due to her accidents - which worsened during his time in jail. Koka claimed to be a Kosovan refugee when he arrived in Britain in 2001, aged 14. Sixteen years later he was jailed for 21 months for his role in a money laundering drug gang. He was caught by the National Crime Agency after handing over more than £300,000 in Park Royal, west London, the Sun reports. Koka was initially due to be deported after serving his sentence. However, he remained in Britain and was locked up for three years for cocaine dealing. Following an appeal, he has now won the right to remain in the UK. The Home Office is understood to have challenged the decision and a new hearing  has been ordered. Robert Bates, of the Centre for Migration Control, told the Sun: 'This crook must not be allowed to continue plaguing Britain’s streets.  'Alternatively, his daughter could return with him to Albania.'
