الأعلى للدولة يطالب بخطوات عاجلة لإنقاذ الساحل الغربي

عبرت لجنة الأمن القومي بالمجلس الأعلى للدولة قلقها البالغ واستغرابها الشديد إزاء غياب أي تحرك عملي وملموس على الأرض لمعالجة وضع ناقلة النفط الروسية المتضررة قبالة الشواطئ الغربية لليبيا.

اللجنة شددت على أن استمرار هذا الوضع قد يؤدي إلى مخاطر جسيمة تشمل كارثة إنسانية وتهديدًا مباشرًا للبيئة البحرية والساحلية، إضافة إلى تهديد حياة المواطنين وسلامتهم.

وذكرت اللجنة في بيان صادر عن المجلس الأعلى للدولة أن حالة التباطؤ المستمرة وعدم اتخاذ إجراءات عاجلة وفعّالة تجعل حكومة الوحدة الوطنية، والمؤسسة الوطنية للنفط، ورئاسة أركان القوات البحرية، تتحمل كامل مسؤولياتها الوطنية والقانونية.

ودعت اللجنة إلى تحرك فوري على الأرض، واتخاذ خطوات عملية عاجلة، لحماية الأرواح والمقدرات الوطنية وطمأنة المواطنين بشأن الوضع القائم، قبل أن تتفاقم المخاطر المحتملة.

ويأتي هذا البيان في ظل تصاعد المخاوف بشأن تضرر ناقلة النفط الروسية بعد تعرضها لأضرار قبالة الساحل الغربي لليبيا، ما يسلط الضوء على الحاجة الملحة لتنسيق الجهود بين الجهات الحكومية والهيئات البحرية المختصة لتفادي أي كارثة بيئية وإنسانية.
