/ AAAdanaAdana Cumhuriyet Başsavcılığı Terörizmin Finansmanı ve Aklama Suçları Soruşturma Bürosunca başlatılan soruşturma kapsamında 14 Mayıs'ta düzenlenen operasyonda gözaltına alınıp dün adliyeye sevk edilen 154 zanlıdan Rasim Ozan Kütahyalı ile suç örgütü elebaşısı olduğu öne sürülen Selahattin Akın Uzun savcılıktaki ifadelerinin ardından nöbetçi hakimliğe çıkarıldı. Hakimlikçe Kütahyalı ile Uzun'un tutuklanmasına karar verildi, diğerlerinin işlemleri ise sürüyor. Haklarında gözaltı kararı bulunan 37 şüphelinin yakalanmasına yönelik çalışmalar da devam ediyor. Mali Suçları Araştırma Kurulu Başkanlığı (MASAK) raporları, teknik ve fiziki takip çalışmaları, banka hareketleri, dijital materyal incelemeleri, kripto varlık analizleri, HTS kayıtları ve diğer delillerin değerlendirilmesi sonucu şüphelilerin "organize suç örgütü" niteliğinde hareket ederek yasa dışı bahis ve phishing (oltalama) yöntemiyle gerçekleştirilen nitelikli dolandırıcılık faaliyetlerinden elde edilen suç gelirlerini elektronik para kuruluşları, banka hesapları, sanal POS sistemleri, döviz büroları, kuyumcular, paravan şirketler ve kripto varlık sistemleri üzerinden dolaştırarak akladıkları tespit edilmişti. Soruşturma kapsamında suç örgütünün, özel yazılım altyapıları ve panel sistemleri kurduğu, yasa dışı bahis sitelerine finansal altyapı sağladığı, elektronik para kuruluşları ve sanal POS ağlarından para transferi organizasyonları yürüttüğü, suç gelirlerini çok katmanlı finansal sistem içerisinde dolaştırdığı, kripto varlık sistemlerini aktif şekilde kullandığı, kuyumcu ve döviz büroları üzerinden nakit dönüşüm ve katmanlandırma işlemleri yaptığı belirlenmişti. MASAK analizleri ve soruşturma dosyası kapsamındaki mali incelemelerde yaklaşık 100 milyar lira ve 2 milyar dolar şüpheli para hareketi ve aklama faaliyetinin tespit edildiği, örgütün ulusal ve uluslararası ölçekte faaliyet gösteren profesyonel bir finansal suç organizasyonu niteliğinde olduğu değerlendirilen soruşturmada, ayrıca bazı özel bankalarda görev yapan orta ve üst düzey yöneticilerin suçtan elde edilen gelirlerin bankacılık sistemi içerisindeki katmanlandırma işlemlerinde görev aldıkları, şüpheli para hareketlerine yönelik bloke ve güvenlik süreçlerinin etkisiz hale getirilmesine yardımcı oldukları yönünde kuvvetli deliller elde edildiği öğrenilmişti. Bunun yanında bazı emniyet personelinin, şüpheliler hakkında adli makamlarca verilmiş yakalama, gözaltı ve arama kararlarına ilişkin sorgulamaları rüşvet karşılığında yaptıkları ve operasyonel süreçlere ilişkin bilgi temin ettikleri yönünde tespitler yapılmıştı. Adana Cumhuriyet Başsavcılığı Terörizmin Finansmanı ve Aklama Suçları Soruşturma Bürosunca "suç işlemek amacıyla örgüt kurma", "yasa dışı bahis", "bilişim sistemleri kullanılarak nitelikli dolandırıcılık", "rüşvet" ve "suçtan kaynaklanan malvarlığı değerlerini aklama" suçlarına yönelik başlatılan soruşturmada 3 banka yöneticisi, 8 emniyet personeli, 4 avukatın da aralarında bulunduğu şüphelilerin yakalanması için Adana merkezli 21 ilde eş zamanlı operasyon düzenlenmişti. Operasyonda Selahattin Akın Uzun ve Rasim Ozan Kütahyalı dahil 161 şüpheli gözaltına alınmıştı. İl Emniyet Müdürlüğü Siber Suçlarla Mücadele Şubesi'ndeki işlemleri tamamlanan şüphelilerden 7'si savcılık talimatıyla serbest bırakılmış, Rasim Ozan Kütahyalı ile suç örgütü elebaşısı olduğu öne sürülen Selahattin Akın Uzun'un da aralarında olduğu 154'ü adliyeye sevk edilmişti. Ayrıca soruşturma kapsamında 3 elektronik para ödeme kuruluşu, 3 kuyumcu, 1 döviz bürosu hakkında kayyum ve el koyma, şüpheli şahıs ve şirketlere ait olduğu değerlendirilen 221 taşınmaz, 120 araç ve 3 tekneye de el koyma tedbiri uygulanmıştı. Öte yandan, suçtan elde edilen gelirlerin finansal sistem içerisinde dolaştırılmasında kullanıldığı değerlendirilen 8 bin 500 yasa dışı bahis ve kumar içerikli internet sitesine erişimin engellenmesi kararı alınmıştı. Adalet Bakanı Akın Gürlek, NSosyal hesabından, Adana Cumhuriyet Başsavcılığının koordinesinde yürütülen soruşturma kapsamında 21 ilde 200 şüpheliye yönelik operasyon gerçekleştirildiğini açıklamıştı.
