يُعد التعرض على مسطرة التحفيظ، خطوة أساسية ضمن المنظومة العقارية بالمغرب، إذ يتيح تحديد الحقوق القانونية للملاك والتأكد من صحة إجراءات تسجيل الملكيات.

وتعكس هذه المسطرة أهمية التحفيظ العقاري والرسم العقاري في حماية العقارات، مع إبراز الوضعية القانونية للعقارات غير المحفظة، وضمان سلامة التعاملات العقارية وفق الأطر القانونية المعتمدة.

وفي هذا الإطار، يستضيف برنامج «نسولو المحافظة»  السيدة أسماء أيت أمغار، مهندسة طبوغرافية بمصلحة المسح العقاري بتارودانت، والسيد رشيد الخضري، محافظ مكلف بالتحفيظ بالمحافظة العقارية بتزنيت، للحديث عن مختلف جوانب التحفيظ العقاري ومساطيره القانونية، وكيفية تطبيقها على أرض الواقع لضمان الحقوق وحماية الملكية.
